This modern urban villa is on a sloppy terrain overlooking beautiful Samobor Valley.
Our task was to create a harmonious and modern garden area with a fire pit terrace and a place for displaying a sculptural piece in the making.
The main privacy issue is sorted with formal lush planting areas, while the rest of the garden has a sculptural feeling intertwined with a more relaxed naturalistic setting. The whole garden is quite formal with a modern twist, perfectly merging with a contemporary flat-roofed house. And even though the green area is not large there is a sense of much bigger space since the design borrows the view from start to finish.
The main flow leads you from the main terrace, across the fire pit sitting area towards a peaceful place for relaxation and inspiration, where in a quiet setting one can create and display art on a special podium designed for this occasion.
